Our Guest of Honor will be H.E. Gabriel André Duque Mildenberg, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to Japan, in representation of H.E. María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Colombia.
The Foreign Minister had to cancel her participation at the Latin America Day 2017 in Weimar at short notice and designated H.E. Gabriel André Duque Mildenberg, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to Japan on her behalf. He is a well known economist with many years of experience in international economic policy.
