Nach hundert Tagen Amtszeit in Peru ist klar, dass Pedro Castillo keinen kohärenten politischen Plan verfolgt, um seine radikalen Wahlversprechen tatsächlich umzusetzen. So beugte er sich der Opposition im Kongress, als er von fragwürdigen Politik- und Personalentscheidungen abrückte. Inzwischen hat er sich auch von weiten Teilen der Partei „Perú Libre“ distanziert, die sich selbst als marxistisch bezeichnet. Wie sich die politische Ausrichtung des Präsidenten entwickeln wird, bleibt offen.

La sexagésima novena edición del Boletín Cultural Quipu Internacional está dedicada al códice Trujillo del Perú, que mandó elaborar el obispo Baltazar Martínez Compañón. El texto principal es del reconocido historiador peruano Víctor Peralta Ruíz, y se titula El Obispo Martínez Compañón y el Códice Trujillo del Perú.  Incluye, asimismo, una nota titulada Exposición de Sandra Gamarra, sobre la recientemente inaugurada muestra de la artista peruana en la Comunidad de Madrid, titulada Buen Gobierno. Finalmente presenta una nota titulada El Perú en el Festival de Biarritz , referida a la participación de nuestro país en la 30° edición del Festival de Cine de Biarritz, como país invitado de honor.

Die neunundsechzigste Ausgabe des Internationalen Kulturbulletins von Quipu ist dem Trujillo Codex von Peru gewidmet, der von Bischof Baltazar Martínez Compañón in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Der Haupttext stammt von dem renommierten peruanischen Historiker Víctor Peralta Ruíz und trägt den Titel Bischof Martínez Compañón und der Trujillo-Codex von Peru. Sie enthält auch eine Notiz mit dem Titel Exposición de Sandra Gamarra über die kürzlich eröffnete Ausstellung der peruanischen Künstlerin  in der Gemeinde von Madrid mit dem Titel Gute Regierung. Schließlich gibt es einen Artikel mit dem Titel El Perú en el Festival de Biarritz . Bei der 30. Ausgabe des Filmfestivals war Peru Ehrengast.

El texto principal es del director de la Estación Experimental Pacomarca, Alonso Burgos Hartley, y se titula Antigüedad y futuro del camélido andino. Incluye, asimismo, una nota titulada Incunables peruanos, acerca de la nueva muestra virtual del Proyecto de Estudios Indianos. Finalmente, presenta una nota titulada El piano de Madueño, sobre la carrera del virtuoso pianista y compositor peruano José Luis Madueño, y su reciente disco solista.

Ausgabe des Internationalen Kulturbulletins Quipu hat als Hauptthema die peruanischen Alpakas. Der Haupttext mit dem Titel "Altertum und Zukunft des Andenkamelsstammt" ist vom Direktor der Versuchsstation Pacomarca, Alonso Burgos Hartley. Es enthält auch noch folgende Artikel: "Incunables peruanos" über die neue virtuelle Ausstellung des Proyecto de Estudios Indianos; und schließlich "El piano de Madueño" über die Karriere des virtuosen peruanischen Pianisten und Komponisten José Luis Madueño und sein jüngstes Soloalbum.

El texto principal es del escritor y exdirector de la Biblioteca Nacional del Perú, Ezio Neyra Magagna, y se titula El Bicentenario de la Biblioteca Nacional. Incluye, asimismo, una nota titulada El arpa andina de Florencio Coronado, sobre la carrera del desaparecido arpista peruano, Florencio Coronado.
Finalmente, presenta una nota titulada Novela Gráfica Peruana, acerca de la reciente publicación del reconocido escritor Óscar Malca y el dibujante gráfico Mario Molina, titulada En la cara no.

Der Haupttext stammt von dem Schriftsteller und ehemaligen Direktor der Nationalbibliothek von Peru, Ezio Neyra Magagna, und trägt den Titel El Bicentenario de la Biblioteca Nacional -Die Zweihundertjahrfeier der Nationalbibliothek. Diese Ausgabe präsentiert auch einen Artikel über die Karriere des verstorbenen peruanischen Harfenisten Florencio Coronado, mit dem Titel El arpa andina de Florencio Coronado. Schließlich enthält sie einen Beitrag über die jüngste Veröffentlichung des bekannten Schriftstellers Óscar Malca "Novela Gráfica Peruana" und über den Grafiker Mario Molina "En la cara no".

Manuel Burga es doctor en Historia por la EHESS de París y director del Lugar de la Memoria, la  Tolerancia y la Inclusión Social en Lima. Entre 2001 y 2006 fue rector de la Universidad Nacional Mayor  de San Marcos.

Diana Jáuregui Jáuregui creció en Soras, un pueblo en el departamento de Ayacucho donde fue testiga  presencial de los crímenes de Sendero Luminoso, entre ellos el asesinato de su padre y la masacre del  16 de julio de 1984.

Santiago Roncagliolo es novelista, escritor y periodista. Entre sus numerosas obras destacan la novela Abril Rojo (2006) y el libro La Cuarta Espada. La historia de Abimael Guzmán y Sendero Luminoso (2007).
